Fast forward not so far into the future where electronic laboratory notebooks are used widely and research data are published with your work; where artificial intelligence and machine learning applications like chatGPT can suck up that data into new discoveries.
WP3 hosted a conversation among experts in the chemical data management field with younger chemists about:
- Managing and sharing research data in the cloud (or “as digital data”)
- Standards, identifiers, and metadata in a FAIR world
- Emerging resources to help manage/clean/prep/check your data
ChemVoices is a joint project from the IYCN and IUPAC, and a legacy of IUPAC100.
The recording is now avaulable below and on the FAIR Chemistry YouTube channel. All relevant materials are available on Zenodo.
